Kim Cruse
Kimberly (Kim) Cruse is known as a Southern belle and a devoted native of Woodville, TX. Her innate, God-given vocals and distinct sound blossomed from her early years as a worship leader at her father’s congregation. She was able to sharpen her craft by studying music at Stephen F. Austin State University and humbly shared her gift with a variety of churches on countless worship teams.
As Kim’s musical abilities evolved, so did her professional singing opportunities. She has toured with award-winning Gospel artist John P. Kee and R&B sensation Monica, as well as collaborated on a single with Lalah Hathaway. In addition, Kim contended on a YouTube competition “Race to the Blue” with Terrell Grice. She was crowned the winner and was featured on Grice’s album entitled “An Invitation to the Cookout.”
In 2021, Kim released her debut self-titled EP “Kim Cruse,” which peaked at #8 on iTunes’s R&B charts. She recently competed on NBC’s hit show The Voice and was able to reach the top 8 of season 22. Where will Kim go from here… Just wait and see!
